Two of the ten books covered on this site hold an AGCO registration and an operating agreement with iGaming Ontario: bet365 and BET99. The other eight hold offshore licences and are not available to Ontario residents. That is the entire shortlist, and it is a shorter list than most comparison pages will admit.
Registration is the first filter, not a tiebreaker. An Ontario resident who signs up with an unregistered operator is outside the provincial framework, which means no iGaming Ontario dispute route, no AGCO advertising and player-protection standards, and no recourse through either body if an account or a payout is disputed.

Comparing prices between the registered books
Between the two, bet365 posts prices on all four opening-week games on our board and BET99 is not carried by our odds provider, so we cannot show a BET99 number next to it. Holding accounts at both is the only way to compare an Ontario-legal price against an Ontario-legal price.
The odds board carries the posted moneyline for every book we can source, away side first. Where a column reads Not posted, that book is not carried by our odds provider for that game rather than pulling the market.
Account controls
Both registered operators offer deposit limits, loss limits, time limits and self-exclusion through PlaySmart and the provincial framework. Deposit limits set at signup are the ones that hold, because they are harder to raise than to lower.
